The 2025/26 Ashes series arrived in with huge anticipation, billed as another fierce chapter between Australia and England. However, despite the optimism England might win their first series down under since 2010/11, the contest quickly slipped into a familiar feeling as Australia asserted their dominance and ultimately won the series 4-1. Working on behalf of the Press Association, I had the opportunity to document the key moments, atmosphere and intensity of every day of the series, plus training sessions in the lead up to each game.
